So my brother told me that a gator will not attack you if you are bigger than s/he is. And he told me that a gator will not attack you unless you are standing in water that is more than waist deep because a gator drowns it's prey and they are smart enough to realize they cannot drown you unless the water is waist deep.
So here's my question....is my brother willing to walk up to this gator and test out those theories? :-D
We photographed this gator in Florida last week. At first I thought he was stone, as he didn't move at all. But it's winter, so I guess that's what gators do...just sit still like that.
